The New Jersey Council for the Humanities has announced a new lecture series to take place across the state in September and October, 2018. The Public Scholars Project will hold one- to two-hour events in nine of New Jersey’s twelve congressional districts. Topics range from immigration and veterans’ oral history to the layered lyrics of Jersey-native rock star Bruce Springsteen. All events are free and open to the public. Advanced registration is required for some. For a complete program and more details, see the NJCH’s website. Individual events can also be found on MARCH’s regional events calendar.
