New Jersey Historical Commission Conference Freedom Seeker, Colonizer and Enslaved: Immigration and Migration in NJ

The New Jersey Historical Commission (NJHC) will host its annual New Jersey History Conference Freedom Seeker, Colonizer and Enslaved: Immigration and Migration in NJ, on Friday, November 4, from 9 am – 5 pm. The conference will be held virtually.

The New Jersey History Conference is an annual program that demonstrates the importance of studying and sharing state and local history. Emerging scholars, educators, public historians, and social science and humanities researchers are encouraged to present new research that facilitates greater public awareness of New Jersey history.
