The 9/11 Memorial & Museum presents Generation Disaster on Wednesday, December 14, at 6 pm.
The event will feature a conversation with disaster mental health expert Karla Vermeulen, director of the documentary films Right There and Right There Part 2 Florence Buchanan, special education teacher and member of this generation Jenice Lyla Waldorf, and the Museum’s Senior Vice President Noah Rauch on the trauma caused by numerous events that have followed since the attacks and how those events continue to shape us.
The 9/11 Memorial & Museum engages a “variety of stakeholders” to fulfill its mission to “educate the public about the lasting consequences of 9/11.”
