The Twenty-Seventh Annual Mid-Atlantic Popular & American Culture Association (MAPACA) conference will be held on November 3-5, 2016, at the Tropicana Hotel and Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Proposals are welcome on all aspects of popular and American culture for inclusion in the 2016 conference. Single papers, panels, roundtables, and alternative formats are welcome. Submissions are due June 30, 2016.
Proposals should be abstracts under 300-words and may only be submitted to one appropriate area. In order to submit a proposal, you must create an account on the MAPACA website. You will not need to register and pay for the conference until your proposal is accepted.
