The Pennsylvania Historical Association invites proposals for its 2019 Annual Meeting, being held October 17-19 at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The conference theme will be “Constructing Citizenship and Community,” but the program committee welcomes proposals on all aspects of Pennsylvania and Mid-Atlantic history, including: traditional scholarship; panels that feature pedagogy, public history, or material culture; round-table discussions; and student posters.
Full session proposals are preferred; individual papers also considered. All are welcome to apply.
Membership to the PHA is required to present at the 2019 Annual Meeting.
