Sheila Foster

Sheila Foster (B.A., University of Michigan-Ann Arbor; J.D., University of California-Berkeley ) is a Professor of Law at Fordham University . Professor Foster is the author of numerous publications on constitutional, civil rights and environmental law in top law journals, including the California Law Review, Wisconsin Law Review, Harvard Environmental Law Review, Georgetown International Environmental Law Review, and the Ecology Law Quarterly. Professor Foster is a coauthor (with Luke Cole) of From the Ground Up: Environmental Racism and the Rise of the Environmental Justice Movement (N.Y.U. Press , 2001). She has also contributed chapters to various books on environmental law and policy.
